1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to the personal training services provided by AJC Training. It outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations are processed.
2. Cancellations by the Client
- You may cancel your service booking up to 2 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 2 days before the service start date may not be eligible for a refund, except at our discretion.

3. Cancellations by AJC Training
- If we need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified promptly, and any prepaid fees for that session will either be refunded or applied to a future session, depending on your preference.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are granted for cancellations made in compliance with Section 2 of this policy.
- Refunds are not available for sessions already delivered or partially used packages.
- Refunds will be processed within [X business days] to the original payment method.
5. Exceptional Cases
- If you are unable to continue the training program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical reasons), you may request a prorated refund for unused sessions. Documentation may be required.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Fees for consultation calls or one-off services are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
